How it works

Your tier is based on what you spend each account year.

What is an account year?: The 12 months starting from the day your account was first given Silver status. It stays the same if you move up or down a tier during the year.
What happens at my anniversary?: We set your tier again based on what you spent that year. ¥20,000,000 or more is Platinum. ¥5,000,000 or more is Gold. Anything less is Silver.
Do I keep the tier I've earned?: Yes. Each new account year starts the spend count again from zero.
Can I lose Silver?: No. Silver does not expire, and no account goes below it.
